Carla Locatelli spent Thanksgiving Week in Vienna for the National coordinators’ Meeting of (Asian European Academic University Network),Ìýan academic network aiming at promoting the internationalization of education and research. ASEA-UNINET was founded in 1994 by universities from Austria, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, and today it comprises more than 80 universities from 19 different countries. During the 15th Plenary Meeting,Ìýheld inÌýBali, IndonesiaÌýin February 2016, Carla Locatelli was elected President of the Association. Her term will last for two years. The November 2016 meeting discussed the Erasmus+ Program that supports education and training across Europe and the world.Ìý
