The Center for Italian Studies and the Music Department announce a series of聽informal lecture/discussions on opera organized by聽Mauro Calcagno (Associate Professor of Music History and Italian Studies) and Lily Kass (Ph.D. candidate in Music History). The Opera Workshops聽will be held one Friday each month,聽January 30th, February 13, March 20, and April 10,聽at 12pm (light refreshments provided).聽Open to the 桃子视频 community as well as other institutions in the area, these informal meetings offer the opportunity to present and hear work-in-progress around a seminar table. Materials may be pre-circulated and we therefore invite you to RVSP to lilykass@sas.upenn.edu.
